APPLICATION FOR A GRANT

If you are a Partner of the Children of Africa Foundation and you have signed a co-operation agreement with us, then you may apply for a grant using the following application form (not applicable for adoption programs).

 

If you have not signed a co-operation agreement with us, but you are a missionary or a Polish citizen currently living in Africa, then you may apply for financial aid to help carry out a project to support children and impoverished youth, using the following application form. In the case of ongoing collaboration, prior to receiving funds, successful applicants must sign a collaboration agreement.

 

Please include a budget or cost estimate, along with supporting documents (e.g. photos), with your application form.

 

Received applications will be considered by the Board of Directors and you will be contacted within 14-21 days. Partners of the Children of Africa Foundation with a proven track record of project execution will be given priority.
